About this course
Do you spend hours writing formulas, organizing a messy table, or preparing a monthly report? This course is designed for anyone who uses Excel in their work or studies and has never utilized artificial intelligence before, starting from scratch. You only need to know how to add, sort, and filter. At the beginning, you will understand what artificial intelligence can do in your spreadsheet and what it cannot do, where to find it, how to describe your table clearly, how to protect your data, and how to review every number before trusting it. Then, you will write formulas in your own words: summing and counting with multiple conditions, making decisions within a cell, pulling data from another table, handling dates and texts, creating dynamic lists, understanding any formula, and fixing error messages. After that, you will clean up messy tables, consolidate monthly files into one table, reconcile statements, and apply conditional formatting to your table. Next, you will analyze and present: creating a pivot table with a single command, selecting the appropriate chart for each question, designing a dashboard on a single page, writing a report from the numbers, forecasting and running what-if scenarios, using macros, generating a self-preparing monthly report, and utilizing Copilot within Excel. In the end, you will apply all of this in three complete projects for an accountant, an employee, and a student. The course is a companion to the book "Excel Skills with Artificial Intelligence."
