1. Acceptance

Creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing any product means you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to either of them, please don't use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
• Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent to make purchases.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of your data (name, email, payment methods).

3. Account & security

• The account is personal — it can't be shared with others.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and protecting your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that shows abuse (account sharing, unauthorised commercial use, etc.).

4. Content licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the courses and learning content for your own personal learning. You may not:

• Download, record, or republish content outside the platform.
• Resell content or use it commercially.
• Share content with non-subscribers or on competing learning platforms.
• Use automated tools to scrape content or bypass technical restrictions.

5. Payment & subscription

• Prices are shown in your local currency or USD, depending on your location.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Invoices are emailed and stored in your account.
• If a payment fails, we'll retry for a defined window before pausing the subscription.

6. Refunds

An approved refund is credited to your easyT wallet at 100% of the amount paid. No refund is ever returned as cash to the card, bank account, e-wallet, or any other payment method used at checkout. There is no alternative channel.

• Request window. The request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. After that it is not accepted.
• Consumption cap. Your consumption of the product must not exceed 20% of the minutes actually watched. For a diploma or a subscription, crossing 20% on any single course closes the window for the whole product.
• Books are excluded entirely. Books are never refundable or exchangeable, regardless of the purchase date or how much of the book has been read, because a book is delivered in full the moment it is bought.
• Number of operations. Two operations are allowed per rolling 12 months, with refunds and exchanges sharing that allowance — two in total, not two of each.
• Once per product. A product that has already been refunded cannot be refunded again for the lifetime of the account, even if it is purchased a second time.
• Purchases paid from wallet balance. Not refundable.
• Credit does not expire. Wallet credit stays in your account with no expiry date and can be spent on anything on the platform: a course, a diploma, a book, or a subscription.
• The balance itself is not refundable. Wallet credit is never converted to cash and cannot be withdrawn in any form.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content — videos, text, designs, logo, software — belongs to easyT or to our licensed instructors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it beyond the licence granted in section 4.

8. User conduct

Prohibited on the platform:

• Harassing, insulting, or discriminating against anyone.
• Posting illegal, explicit, or indecent content.
• Attempting to hack the platform or harm it technically.
• Impersonating others or spreading misleading information.

9. Cancellation & termination

• You can cancel your account or subscription at any time from account settings.
• We may terminate your account without notice for breach of these terms, while reserving the right to claim damages.

10. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do our best to deliver a reliable service, but we don't guarantee:

• 100% uninterrupted availability.
• That content fits any specific career goal of yours.
• Specific outcomes (a job, a third-party-accredited certificate, a promotion).

Our maximum financial liability is limited to what you paid the platform in the 12 months before the event causing the damage.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of any material change by email or in-platform notice 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be settled amicably first; failing that, the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.

13. Content Protection & Anti-Download

The video content on the platform is licensed to you for personal viewing on the platform only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Downloading, recording, copying, or redistributing the videos by any means.
• Using download managers, automated tools, or any method to bypass the player's protection.

An automated, AI-driven system monitors every viewing session on the platform around the clock and automatically detects any attempt at bulk downloading or content copying. A clear indicator is opening a large number of a course's lessons in a short time without actually watching them. A genuine learner opens lessons and watches them. Any such attempt exposes your account to immediate suspension, up to a permanent suspension until manual review.

• Action on detection. When this pattern is detected automatically, your account is temporarily suspended from the platform, escalating with repetition: first time 3 days, then one week, then one month, then a permanent suspension until manual review. Each temporary suspension lifts automatically when its time ends.
• No refund. A suspension for attempted bulk downloading does not entitle you to any refund of a subscription, course, or diploma, as it results from your breach of these terms and not from any interruption on our side.
• Logging & tracing. For security we log, per viewing session, the IP address, approximate location, device identifier, number of lessons opened, and watch time; and each video carries a watermark with your name and phone number to trace any leaked copy. These logs are used as evidence of a violation.
• Exception. This does not apply to normal viewing however heavy, nor to a learner downloading a course they own permanently. If a suspension happens that you believe is a mistake, email support@easyt.online to have it reviewed and lifted.
