Design with Blender 3D
This course teaches Blender, the free program for designing three-dimensional objects and adding animation and effects to them. It starts with downloading the program, adjusting the settings and moving around the scene, then the basics of moving, rotating, extruding, joining and duplicating objects, the object origin and three-dimensional text. Next you learn the Mesh menus, vertices, edges and faces, and modifiers such as Array, Bevel, Boolean and Solidify, as well as curves. You apply all this to designing a logo, a table and a wooden chair. Then you move on to materials, shading, PBR, UV unwrapping, the Cycles engine and rendering, and designing an interior scene with walls, furniture and lighting. The course also covers armature animation, IK, constraints, keyframing, the Dopesheet, the Graph Editor and NLA, and finally physics simulation for snow, rigid bodies, cloth, flags and fluids. It suits beginners and anyone interested in design and animation, with no previous experience needed. Afterwards, you will design a scene, animate it and render it yourself.
