About this course

This course teaches CSS for full control over the styling of website pages. CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheet. It is used to set the look of a website, such as the font type, color and size, from a single file, so you edit once and the whole site changes. The course starts with highlights from it, then CSS Basics over several lessons, followed by fonts and text, links, the box model and borders, the position of elements, tables, miscellaneous lessons, and it ends with downloading the attachments. The course suits web designers and developers and beginners who have learned HTML and want to improve the look of their pages. The learner needs a simple knowledge of web pages and no experience with CSS. By the end you will be able to write CSS code to style text, links and tables, control the positions of elements inside the page, and design an organized and attractive website.
