Project Management with Agile & Scrum
This course teaches project management with Agile and Scrum and helps you prepare for the PSM exam. It starts with an introduction to the course, the roadmap and how to get a Scrum certificate, then the Agile manifesto and a general introduction to Scrum, its definition, its theory, its pillars and its values, along with tools that help you understand the Scrum guide. Next you learn about the Scrum team and its roles: the developers, the product owner and the Scrum master and their role with the team, with the product owner and with the organization. You then move to the Scrum events, which are the sprint, sprint planning, the daily meeting, the sprint review and the retrospective, and to the product backlog and the sprint backlog. You also practice with Jira to create the product backlog, write user stories, set priorities and prepare the sprint backlog, and you finish by solving a live exam and downloading the workbook. The course suits project managers, developers, team members and anyone who wants to apply Scrum at work, and it needs no previous experience. By the end, you will be able to understand and apply the Scrum framework and use Jira to manage a product and its sprints.
