Our promise

We at easyT are confident in the content we deliver, and we value your trust in us even more than any subscription. If something you bought isn't right for you, this policy is written to put you at ease — not to wear you down. Every case is spelled out in clear numbers, and there are no clauses tucked into the margins.

When are you entitled to a refund?

Two conditions together, not one. If either is missing, no refund.

The rule is uniform across all products: courses, diplomas, subscriptions, and books.

What does 20% mean for each product?

Each product has a clear measurement, all visible on the product page before and after you start.

  • Course: total minutes actually watched divided by total course minutes. The moment you cross 20%, the refund window closes for that course.
  • Diploma: we measure each course inside the diploma separately. If any single course passes 20%, the refund window closes for the entire diploma.
  • Subscription: we measure every course on the platform. If any single course passes 20% since your subscription started, the refund window closes for the whole subscription.
  • Book: pages read divided by total pages. If you cross 20%, the refund window closes.
If you cross 20% in any form — even on the same day you bought — no refund. The rule is single and constant.

Key rule: refunds return on the same payment method you used

The payment method you used at checkout is the same channel your refund returns through. There is no alternative choice.

Wallet balance is never refundable, since it's usable on the platform only and never converted back to cash.

Changed your mind on a course before starting?

Within the first 14 days of purchase, and provided you've opened the course at no more than 20%, you can swap it for any other course at the same price or lower. Any price difference is added to your wallet. You get two exchanges per year.

  • Fast: the replacement course lands in your library within seconds of confirmation. No waiting, no review.
  • No fees: the price difference goes to your wallet at face value, zero deductions.
  • Once per course: the original swapped course can't be swapped or refunded again later.
  • To start: tap Zico and tell it "I want to swap course X for course Y". It will check the conditions and send you a follow-up link.

Annual limits for mutual protection

These limits exist to protect the platform from abuse, and to protect serious trainees from being grouped with users who consume content then ask for their money back.

  • One chance per product: a course, diploma, book, or subscription that's been refunded can't be refunded again — even if you buy it again.
  • Purchases paid from wallet balance: are not refundable. Wallet credit is usable within the platform only and is never converted back to cash.
  • Up to 4 refund requests within any 90-day window. Beyond that, requests go through manual review before approval.
  • Total refunded: not more than 40% of your total spend on the platform. At that ceiling, new requests get manual review.
  • One free cash refund every 12 months. More is possible but may incur small bank fees, shown explicitly on the receipt.
  • Issues on our side (technical or service): we restore your right and don't count it against your limits.

Arrival times

  • Wallet credit: instant.
  • Cash refund to card, PayPal, or Paymob: 5 to 10 business days to reach your bank.
  • Vodafone Cash or InstaPay refund: 2 to 5 business days, arriving as wallet credit.
