About this course

Do you want to work in tax accounting, but the laws, portals, and rates seem overwhelming and complicated? This course starts with you from scratch and walks you step by step with an accountant from a company that opens branches in multiple Arab countries. First, you will understand Value Added Tax (VAT): why it is collected in stages, how to extract it from the total price, why governments have shifted to electronic invoicing, and how the invoice moves from the seller to the buyer. Then you will dive into Egypt: Law 67 of 2016 and its regulations, zero-rated exports, the tax period, the deadline for filing, where to submit it, and payment, followed by the invoicing system, electronic receipts, electronic signatures, cancellations, and rejections. After that, you will learn about corporate income tax, what can be deducted from profits, and what cannot be deducted. Next, you will move to Saudi Arabia: the system and regulations, filing and payment, the Invoice platform, connection waves, XML files, and seal certificates, then zakat on Saudi and foreign partners, partner loans, withholding, and late fees. Then, you will cover the UAE: VAT and reverse charge, corporate tax from profits in financial statements to carried forward losses and large international groups, followed by electronic invoicing and its deadlines. You will conclude with an overview of Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, and Morocco, a table summarizing all the systems, an accountant's calendar, and common mistakes. The course is suitable for accountants, commerce graduates, and those preparing to work in tax accounting in any Arab country.
